Let's Read Naughtier Books in November (Erotic Literature for 21+)

"You live like this, sheltered, in a delicate world, and you believe you are living. Then you read a book… or you take a trip… and you discover that you are not living, that you are hibernating." ― Anaïs Nin
We have been around for a year since we resumed our activities in November 2014. Based on the majority vote last month, we want to dive into the world of erotica literature. Derived from a Greek word eros (which means "desire"), erotica is any artistic work that deals substantively with erotically stimulating or sexually arousing subject matter. In the modern pop literature, this genre had become popular long before E.L. James wrote "Fifty Shades of Grey" as manifestation of her obsession for the Twilight saga.

Therefore, this time we're going to discuss books that had not only influenced female, but also male readers.
Expect to hear reviews on books like the Nobel-prize winning literature "The Piano Teacher" written by Elfriede Jelinek, the sensational "Lolita" written Vladimir Nabokov, "Tropic of Cancer" written by Henry Miller, "The Unbearable Lightness of Being" written by Milan Kundera, "In Praise of Older Women" written by Stephen Vizinczey, "The Professional" written by Ashok Ferrey, and probably more.
IMPORTANT NOTE: Event is open for participants aged 21 and older. You may be required to show your ID card. This is a FREE event, but each of us will pay for our own food and drinks.
