September meetup: Science Fiction (12/9)

“Reality exists in the human mind, and nowhere else.” ― George Orwell, 1984

It's not even a month since our last meetup, but we are too excited to keep this month's theme from you! Science fiction is surely something we often see in movies, like the epic trilogy of "The Lord of the Rings" or the dystopian trilogy of "Hunger Games". Now we want to chat about the novels, which usually contain futuristic settings, space travel, time travel, parallel universe, extraterrestrial life, etc.

Ladies, don't fret! This theme is also digestible for you, especially because we will have at least two female reviewers and moderators. Surely we want to hear perspectives from both sexes equally.

Expect to hear reviews on books like "1984" written by George Orwell, "Brave New World" written by Aldous Huxley, "Timeline" written by Michael Crichton, "A Scanner Darkly" written by Philip K. Dick, "Fahrenheit 451" by Ray radbury, "Slan" by A.E. van Vogt, and more (to be updated).

RSVP asap before we reach the maximum capacity :)
